1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship physical books within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Ebooks are delivered digitally worldwide, subject to any licensing or regional restrictions noted on the product page.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK Only)
We use UK-based postal and/or courier services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size/weight
- Delivery address within the UK
- Selected shipping option (if choices are available)
Any free-shipping promotions or special offers will be clearly indicated on our website and may be subject to minimum order values.
5. Physical Books (Hardcover & Paperback)
5.1 Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5.2 Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, the carrier may:
- Leave a card
- Attempt re-delivery, or
- Direct you to collect from a local depot or collection point
You are responsible for arranging re-delivery or collection within the carrier’s time limits.
5.3 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check any tracking information and delivery cards.
- Contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Digital Products (Ebooks)
6.1 Delivery Method
Ebooks are delivered digitally and are not physically shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive:
- A download link or access information on the confirmation page and/or
- An email with your ebook access details.
6.2 Delivery Time
Access is normally provided immediately after purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 1 hour.
6.3 Access Problems
If you cannot find or open your ebook:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Confirm you used the correct email address at checkout
- Contact us with your order details
7. Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple physical items or pre-orders, we may ship items separately to avoid delays.
You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments once your order is confirmed.
8. Pre-orders & Backorders
For pre-order titles:
- The estimated release or shipping date will be shown on the product page.
- Your order will be dispatched once the book becomes available.
If your order combines in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
- Ship in-stock items first and pre-orders later, or
- Hold everything until all items are ready.
Our practice will be indicated at checkout or in your order confirmation where possible.
9. Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.
10. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us because:
- The address was incomplete or incorrect
- Delivery was refused
- It was not collected from the depot/collection point
We may:
- Re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Issue a refund excluding original shipping costs, subject to the condition of the returned items and our refund policy.
