Billing & Payment Policy

If billing details are incorrect or cannot be verified, we may suspend or cancel your order.

6. Order Confirmation & Invoices

  • Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout.
  • This confirmation serves as your receipt/invoice. If you need a VAT invoice or additional documentation, please contact us.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and will normally be issued via the original payment method.
  • If you believe a transaction is unauthorised or incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
